Delivery and pickup are included at no additional charge for locations within 20 miles of Trenton, Michigan, throughout our normal service area.

Greeneway Solutions proudly serves customers throughout Southeastern Michigan and the Downriver communities.

Customers located outside our standard 20-mile service area may be subject to an additional mileage charge.

Mileage charges are based on the distance outside the included service area and will be communicated to the customer before the rental is confirmed.

2 Tons Included With Every Rental

Every Greeneway Solutions dumpster rental includes a 2-ton weight allowance at no additional charge. Your standard rental price includes disposal for up to 2 tons (4,000 pounds) of material.

Over 2 Tons

If the total weight of the material exceeds the included 2-ton allowance, an additional charge of $95 per ton over the included 2 tons will apply.

Example: If your dumpster load weighs 3 tons:

• First 2 tons — Included

• Additional 1 ton — $95

• Total overweight charge — $95

If your dumpster load weighs 4 tons:

• First 2 tons — Included

• Additional 2 tons — $190

• Total overweight charge — $190

Customers are responsible for all applicable overweight disposal charges. The final weight is determined by the disposal facility's certified scale ticket. Any applicable overweight charges will be added to the customer's final invoice.

IMPORTANT: Material Weights

Different materials have different weights. Customers should be especially careful when loading heavy materials such as:

• Concrete

• Brick

• Dirt

• Asphalt

• Roofing materials

• Shingles

• Tile

• Other dense construction debris

When in doubt about the weight of your material, contact Greeneway Solutions before loading the dumpster.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Weight exceeding the included 2-ton allowance

• Overweight material — $95 per ton over 2 tons

• Additional rental days — $15 per day

• Delivery outside the standard 20-mile service area

• Mattresses and other items requiring additional disposal fees

• Prohibited or special materials

• Extra services requested by the customer

All applicable charges will be explained before or during the rental process whenever possible.

Certain items may require an additional disposal fee because of special handling or disposal costs.

Additional mattress fees may apply.

Customers should contact Greeneway Solutions before placing mattresses, appliances, specialty materials, or other unusual items into the dumpster.

For safety, environmental, and disposal regulations, certain materials are not permitted in our dumpsters.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the Greeneway Solutions Dumpster Rental Terms & Conditions and prohibited-material list before loading the dumpster.

Examples of materials that may be prohibited include:

• Hazardous materials

• Liquids

• Chemicals

• Fuels

• Paints and solvents

• Batteries

• Tires

• Propane tanks

• Other regulated or hazardous materials

When in doubt, contact Greeneway Solutions before placing an item in the dumpster.

Customers are responsible for loading the dumpster safely and properly.

Do Not Overfill the Dumpster

All materials must remain inside the dumpster and below the top edge. Materials may not extend above the top of the container or beyond the sides.

Overloaded dumpsters may not be transported until the customer corrects the load. The dumpster must also remain accessible for pickup and be placed in an appropriate location approved for delivery.

The customer is responsible for:

• Properly loading the dumpster

• Keeping materials below the top edge

• Keeping prohibited materials out of the dumpster

• Ensuring the dumpster remains accessible

• Paying applicable overweight charges

• Paying applicable additional rental-day charges

• Paying applicable mileage or special-item charges

Greeneway Solutions reserves the right to refuse transportation of a dumpster that is overloaded, improperly loaded, contains prohibited materials, or presents a safety concern.
