Customer Rental Terms & Conditions Agreement

Thank you for choosing Greenway Solutions Dumpster Rental. Our goal is to provide dependable service, transparent pricing, and a straightforward rental experience. Please review the following terms and conditions before booking a dumpster.
1. Dumpster Rental Period
The rental period begins when the dumpster is delivered and continues for the number of days selected at the time of booking.
Customers are responsible for having the dumpster ready for pickup at the agreed-upon time. Additional rental charges may apply when a dumpster remains on the property beyond the agreed rental period.
2. Dumpster Sizes
Greenway Solutions Dumpster Rental offers:
10-Yard Dumpster: Great for small projects and cleanouts. Capacity is approximately 3–4 standard pickup-truck loads.
15-Yard Dumpster: Great for medium-sized projects, remodeling, cleanouts, and construction debris. Capacity is approximately 5–6 standard pickup-truck loads.
20-Yard Dumpster: Great for larger cleanouts, renovations, construction projects, roofing jobs, and larger amounts of debris. Capacity is approximately 6–8 standard pickup-truck loads.
3. Included Weight Allowance
Each dumpster rental includes up to 2 tons (4,000 pounds) of material, unless otherwise stated on the customer's rental agreement or invoice.
Any material exceeding the included 2-ton allowance is subject to additional tonnage/overweight fees. Customers are responsible for all applicable overweight charges.
4. Prohibited Materials
For safety, environmental, and disposal-facility requirements, certain materials may not be placed inside Greenway Solutions dumpsters.
Prohibited materials include, but are not limited to:
Hazardous waste
Chemicals, solvents, and toxic substances
Paints and certain liquid materials
Fuels, oils, and other flammable liquids
Batteries
Propane tanks and compressed-gas cylinders
Tires
Asbestos or asbestos-containing materials
Medical or biohazardous waste
Explosives or other hazardous materials
Refrigerants and certain appliances containing regulated substances
Electronic waste where prohibited by the disposal facility
Other materials prohibited by local, state, or disposal-facility regulations
Note: Customers are responsible for informing Greenway Solutions before placing questionable or unusual materials into a dumpster. If you are unsure whether an item is permitted, please contact us before disposing of it.
5. Yard Waste and Special Materials
Yard waste must not be mixed with regular household or construction debris unless specifically authorized by Greenway Solutions.
Certain materials may require separate disposal, special handling, or additional charges. Customers should contact us before placing unusual, heavy, or restricted materials into a dumpster.
6. Loading Requirements
Customers are responsible for loading materials safely and properly.
Materials must remain inside the dumpster and below the designated fill line. Customers may not overload the dumpster or place debris in a manner that creates a safety hazard.
Greenway Solutions reserves the right to refuse transportation of an overloaded or improperly loaded dumpster until the customer corrects the condition.
7. Weight Distribution
Heavy materials must be distributed evenly throughout the dumpster.
Customers should not concentrate excessive weight in one area of the container or load materials in a manner that could damage the dumpster, trailer, truck, driveway, property, or roadways.
8. Delivery Area
Standard delivery is available within a 20-mile delivery radius of Greenway Solutions Dumpster Rental's service area.
Deliveries outside the standard 20-mile radius may be subject to an additional fuel/distance charge. Any applicable additional delivery charge will be communicated to the customer before delivery whenever reasonably possible.
9. Placement of Dumpster
The customer is responsible for providing a safe and suitable location for the dumpster and ensuring that:
The delivery area is accessible to the truck and trailer.
There are no low-hanging wires, branches, or other overhead obstacles.
The ground is reasonably stable and suitable for the weight of the dumpster and delivery equipment.
Vehicles and other obstructions are removed from the delivery area.
The placement area does not create an unsafe condition.
The customer is responsible for obtaining any required permission or authorization to place a dumpster on private property, public property, streets, or other locations.
10. Property Damage
Greenway Solutions will take reasonable care when delivering and removing dumpsters. However, dumpsters and delivery equipment are heavy and may cause damage to surfaces such as asphalt, concrete, pavers, landscaping, driveways, or other property.
Customers should notify Greenway Solutions of any known concerns regarding the placement location before delivery.
11. Rental Charges and Additional Fees
The customer's quoted rental price covers the rental period and services specifically identified at the time of booking.
Additional charges may apply for:
Weight exceeding the included 2-ton allowance
Rental periods extending beyond the agreed rental period
Deliveries outside the standard 20-mile radius
Prohibited or special materials
Excessive contamination or disposal charges
Additional trips requested by the customer
Failed delivery or pickup attempts caused by inaccessible locations, blocked access, or customer-related conditions
Damage to the dumpster or equipment caused by misuse
Any applicable additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
12. Payment
Payment is due according to the terms presented at the time of booking.
Greenway Solutions may require a valid credit card or other approved payment method to secure a reservation and/or authorize payment for applicable additional charges. The customer authorizes Greenway Solutions to charge the payment method provided for legitimate rental charges, overweight fees, additional rental days, applicable delivery/fuel charges, damage, or other charges authorized under this agreement.
13. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary depending on the rental circumstances and will be communicated at the time of booking. Customers should provide as much advance notice as possible when canceling or rescheduling a delivery.
14. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for all materials placed inside the dumpster during the rental period.
The customer agrees not to allow prohibited materials to be placed into the dumpster by contractors, employees, tenants, guests, subcontractors, or any other person using the dumpster. If prohibited materials are discovered, the customer may be responsible for all resulting disposal, handling, transportation, remediation, or regulatory charges.
15. Compliance With Laws and Regulations
Customers agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, county, and local laws, regulations, ordinances, and disposal-facility requirements relating to the use of the dumpster and disposal of materials.
16. Right to Refuse Service
Greenway Solutions Dumpster Rental reserves the right to refuse delivery, transportation, or disposal of a dumpster when the dumpster is overloaded, improperly loaded, contains prohibited materials, presents an unsafe condition, or otherwise violates these terms and conditions.
17. Agreement to Terms
By booking a dumpster with Greenway Solutions Dumpster Rental, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to these Customer Rental Terms & Conditions. The customer further acknowledges responsibility for all applicable rental charges and additional fees resulting from the use of the dumpster.
